Doing Business In China   A 75-minute interactive program that explores the cultural differences involved when conducting business in China and how to navigate through the various protocols successfully. Topics include communication, information exchange processes, decision-making, information control and hierarchy in China. Developed using the latest techniques in online learning, the content is based on the educational research materials gathered by the Global Windows Program at the Anderson School of Management (University of California, Los Angeles).

 

 

 

Berlitz Cross-Cultural’s 50-minute online program investigates worldwide cultural differences and nuances, including topics such as communication, information exchange, decision-making practices, information control and hierarchy in major cultural regions of the world. Developed using Berlitz and Geert Hofstede* Intercultural content, metrics and interactive training techniques. Participants will learn to handle global diversity by understanding different cultures and by learning special rules that apply when working with people from different cultures.
