Berlitz offers complete training, marketing assistance, quality support system, and ongoing contact with franchise and country management. We are all part of the same team.
Comprehensive Training
We start with a 1-week orientation at corporate headquarters, followed by 2 weeks of in-depth product and sales training at a regional level. An additional 2 weeks of on-site training at your franchise center will complete your knowledge and insight needed for an effective start. Berlitz franchise managers will provide ongoing support working with you and assisting in the growth of your business while implementing new and updated programs.
Ongoing training
Berlitz franchisees participate in trainings for new programs or sales techniques as well as in the implementation of new initiatives and strategies.
Advertising and Marketing
Franchise centers use Berlitz marketing tools and materials. Franchise locations appear on the Berlitz website. If your franchise is in a country where Berlitz company-owned centers are located, you may participate in other national promotional campaigns. These activities give your franchise greater exposure with a smaller investment than it would be possible to achieve independently.
Site Selection
Berlitz will provide you with well-defined criteria on how to select the appropriate site for your language center. We will also supply you with clear guidelines on how to apply the corporate facility design specifications.
Quality Support System
We have established an ongoing quality support system by means of the Berlitz Quality Audit to maintain the highest standard in the delivery of our services. This support system encompasses all aspects of Language Center management and helps identify information, training and support needed.
